FibroScan is a type of non-invasive liver assessment. It estimates liver stiffness, which can help assess scarring, and a CAP score can help assess fat in the liver. The numbers need to be interpreted alongside your history, blood tests and sometimes other imaging. Ask the chamber whether this test is currently available and where it is performed.
