Finding the chamber
The photo and map below should make the building easy to recognise on your first visit.
Look for the blue signboard
The blue Padma Liver Foundation signboard is above the entrance, next to the IELTS sign, on Cantonment Road, New Bilsimla. The plaque beside the door reads “Angel Drop, House No. 12”.
Up one floor
Go in through the doorway to the left of the doctor’s banner and take the stairs to the first floor.
